The rules and regulations of The Greater Bay Area ACG Culture Association
Mission

The Association aims to connect with the animation culture industry in Hong Kong and across regions, develop markets in Mainland China and the Greater Bay Area to enhance collaboration among different parties. The scope of animation culture includes animations, games, e-sports, collectibles, illustrations, toys and other related exhibition promotions.

Through establishing good relationships with government and enterprises in Mainland China, individual and local enterprises’ capabilities and positive image of Hong Kong can be promoted.

We aim to explore more potential markets for enterprises and individuals in Mainland China, the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong.

We continue to promote animation culture and aim to be connected to the world with the strong belief in “ One China”. “One China” refers to the People’s Republic of China, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan.
Member Obligations and Responsibilities

Members must comply with the laws of Hong Kong and the regulations of the Association, including all terms listed in the articles of Association and rules made or updated by the Association from time to time.

Fully cooperate with and support the Association to promote its objective.

Refrain from making speech or actions that contradicts or may hinder the promotion of the Association’s objective.

Actively participate in activities organized by the Association or any activities that the Association is involved in.

Without the permission of the Board of Directors, the official name of “The Greater Bay Area ACG Culture Association Limited” or any name reasonably related to the Association shall not be used to conduct any form of activities.

Preserve and uphold the reputation of the Association,do not tarnish the reputation of the Association.

Treat others with sincerity and respect in any occasion or online platform. Avoid making noises, insulting or attacking others.

Respect the privacy of others and seek consent before capturing photos, videos or recordings at events organized by the Association or when representing the Association.

Provide accurate personal information and valid identity documents for verification when required by the Association.
Consequences of violating Association rules and regulations

The website administrator has the right to immediately delete any inappropriate or sensitive comments from members without prior notice.

In accordance with the association’s bylaws, if a member is accused of violating the Association’s regulations or is engaging in serious misconduct, the Board of Directors has the authority to investigate or initiate disciplinary proceedings against the member. (whether in response to complaints or proactive measures).

During the investigation, the Board of Directors has the right to collect relevant evidence of a member’s violation without proactively notifying the member in the investigation process or providing him with relevant information.

After the investigation, the Board of Directors may decide whether to initiate disciplinary proceedings based on final findings. If the Board of Director decides to proceed with the disciplinary proceedings, the member will be notified and invite them to provide a statement. The Board of Directors will make the final decision after considering the member’s statement.

If the Board of Directors believes that the member has violated the Association’s regulations or has engaged in serious misconduct, the Board of Directors have the authority to impose penalties on the member, including expulsion from the Association. The decision of the Board of Directors will be the final decision.
Other Matters

Copies of the Association’s article ,regulations and other bylaws are provided upon request by members and are available at the registered address of the Association for reading. Any newly established or revised regulations and rules will be displayed at the Association’s registered address.

In case of any disputes, the Association’s Board of Directors reserves the right to make the final decision.
