Board Composition

The first board of directors: Founded by four convenors, each director serves in an individual capacity. The board does not have a chairman.

Board members serve a term of three years. Beginning with the second term, members will be elected by voting members.

Responsibilities of the Board of Directors: Establish the Board of Directors (including inviting directors and honorary directors), direct and instruct the work of association in accordance with the articles, appoint a Secretary- General, nominate, approve or invite member seats, and raise funds, etc.
Secretariat

The Secretariat is led by the Secretary- General, appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of 3 years, with the possibility of dismissal by a two- thirds vote of the Board of Directors.

The Secretariat is fully responsible for daily affairs, administration, and implementation of board resolutions.

The Secretary-General has the authority to appoint one or more Deputy Secretary-General (as necessary) to assist in the work.
Voting Member (Company/ Individual)

Voting member applications require nominations of two directors and a majority vote from the Board of Directors.

Membership can be obtained in an individual capacity or under a company name. Membership is non- transferable.

Voting Members have the right to vote for the second and subsequent terms of the board.
Ordinary Member (Company)

Ordinary members (company) must join under the name of the company. Membership is non- transferable.

Applications of ordinary members (company) require nominations by two directors and a majority vote from the Board of Directors.

New members must join as ordinary members and can apply to become a voting member after three years. Applications of voting members require nominations by two directors and a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
